Step 1

Know your affordability

You’ll need to demonstrate a household income of 2.5 times the annual rent. For example, an £800 pcm rent would need £24,000 pa income (£800 x 12 months x 2.5).

A holding deposit will be taken to secure the property. Your rent will need to be paid monthly in advance. A security deposit will be held against the property. See our tenancy charges below.



Step 3

Found your perfect home? Here’s what to expect next.

We will ask you to complete an application form and we will obtain references to check your suitability to rent. Once this is complete and your move-in date confirmed, we’ll send your tenancy out for signing.

You’ll need to make payment of the first month’s rent and a security deposit and the keys are ready to be handed over.

We let you know important events such as your referencing status, when inspections are booked. You can also find out move in and move out appointment dates and times.

I would like to thank Webbs estate agents for everything they have done from the start of our journey in selling our home. Firstly, we had other estate agents involved who did not promote our house successfully. Webbs took loads of great photos and advertised us, and almost straight after listing our home, they found our buyer. It took a long time to complete, but you cannot control house chains, and the bottom of ours kept falling through. We were happy to stay in our home, as we couldn't find another house we liked. Thankfully, our buyer was committed, and after some involvement with Webbs, they managed to sell their property too, which moved things along very quickly. We were assigned a member of the team, who looked after us throughout. She phoned us nearly every week to check in and kept us fully informed. This made the process so much easier.
