Step 1

Know your affordability

You’ll need to demonstrate a household income of 2.5 times the annual rent. For example, an £800 pcm rent would need £24,000 pa income (£800 x 12 months x 2.5).

A holding deposit will be taken to secure the property. Your rent will need to be paid monthly in advance. A security deposit will be held against the property. See our tenancy charges below.

We will ask you to complete an application form and we will obtain references to check your suitability to rent. Once this is complete and your move-in date confirmed, we’ll send your tenancy out for signing.

You’ll need to make payment of the first month’s rent and a security deposit and the keys are ready to be handed over.

Alex was very friendly when welcoming us to the house and gave us a lot of freedom to view the house for ourselves. She helped us navigate the house when needed and had interesting insights on the house. She was very attentive to our questions and answered everything I needed to know.
