I have had a really good experience with Webbs especially Katie . She has helped me above and beyond , it’s a difficult time for me and my family as it’s our childhood home and unfortunately we are having to sell to fund my moms care in a nursing home .
If it wasn’t for the help and guidance off Katie I think I would of broken down with the whole situation

Alex was very friendly when welcoming us to the house and gave us a lot of freedom to view the house for ourselves. She helped us navigate the house when needed and had interesting insights on the house. She was very attentive to our questions and answered everything I needed to know. She was also very accommodating for us when I needed to book a second viewing the next day. My wife was very happy to meet her again.

I was then passed onto Courtney who helped me with sorting out my offer. Knowing I was a first time buyer, she had a lot of patience with me. She gave me clear instructions, guided me on how to proceed and helping me deal with my mortgage advisor and solicitors. She kept me informed on every update and was very prompt with her responses. I am especially thankful to her for negotiating the price for me and giving me the good news about my offer.

My mom is thinking about selling her house so we had webbs estate agency come to value my mom's property . And we met Katie who did the valuation she was fantastic .she was very polite and and made us feel comfortable talking to her .she put our minds at ease with some of the questions we asked. It wasn't rushed she wanted to make sure that we all understood what she was saying made sense .She was very happy to help in anyway she can. There was no pressure from her at all she was very professional in her job and she knew exactly what it is that we needed . And what would be best for my mom.
